Good for Family tour
Very disappointed. I love this store, have made previous purchases and make a point to visit whenever I am in Hahndorf, however today we were rudely accused of photographing a scarfe which my friend was trying on. Apalling customer service, bordering on discrimination. Shocked and disappointed.
A beautiful store with really interesting stock. We chatted to the owners and made a purchase. 3 months later I called and made a purchase on the Sunday which was delivered just 3 days later. Well packaged and protected. Thanks guys - great service.
It's a good shop. The stock is nice and suits a variety of interests. The lady owner is just delightful and good in dealing with customers. She makes every effort to help and makes one feel welcome ... HOWEVER her husband co-owner has been witnessed on every visit we've made over four years to be very rude to customers for reasons best known to himself and is so very disinterested and lazy. Never seen him get off his chair to assist. I feel sorry for her. It would be a much better business if he wasn't allowed in the public area of the business.
Went in store to purchase a $129 Nicole lee bag and was yelled at across the store by the owner, accusing me of stealing information from the store, purely because I was texting a friend. I have never come across someone so arrogant. It's a wonder he manages to keep his store open with that kind of attitude. Safe to say I did not purchase and will tell all my friends and family to stay away from this awful place.
