Spotlessly clean with a comfy bed and terrific tea selection. It's location is fabulous and the oak tree setting extremely pretty. Only downside was the seating under the beautiful tree - very uncomfortable and also a pity that it's a smoking area as the cigarette smell travelled into the cottage, which was not pleasant. But that's the only negative... all in all a lovely place.
The owners of this accommodation are so warm and sweet. They were extremely kind and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. The place is small yet well serviced and accessible to many of the local delights Hahndorf has to offer. The kitchenette is sufficient for preparing light meals (microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge) but on the doorstep of so many meals places this was adequate. The bed was so comfortable I left wishing I could take it with me. Positively perfect experience.
