An amazing experience. I had been recommended this shop, as I was looking for good quality knives that I could touch and feel not buy online. A day trip to Hahndorf was very worth it. I was able to get friendly service even though they were extremely busy. They treated every customer with equal importance. I gave my brief to them: a shorter mid range costing chef knife and small paring knife. The young chap knew his product and selected 2x excellent quality but "on special" priced knives. I was so impressed with their knowledge and product I also purchased a knife carry case and intend to go back again to get a sharpening tool. Thank you Cutlers Cottage for old fashioned service with a smile.

Just had two knives (Fallkniven S1 Pro and Benchmade folder) sharpened by a lovely young man! Superb service, excellent sharpening skills and blades turned out perfect. Couldn't be happier!I HIGHLY recommend this store!!!!

Fantastic shop! They have wonderful products and knowledge. Have bought Kitchen knives from them over the years which have been brilliant. Knife sharpening available which is excellent. Great friendly service!

I've worked in hospitality for 6 years, when i was a couple years into my trade i needed sharp reliable knives.Lyn was amazing in helping me decide with what i was going to need.Not just for hospitality work, but i also do a little hunting and can vouch for the awesome range. Years on now, i still get that little satisfaction using them every day and the quality (with a little maintenance) is still like brand new.You must check out this place!
